  • License to Use the Service Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CrickStar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell or commercialize the Service or its contents; any right to download or copy any account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
    1. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
    2. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of CrickStar or any third party.
    3. Transmitting any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
    4. Collecting or storing personal data about other users.
    5. Using the Service for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of CrickStar.
    6. Interfering with or disrupting the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.
    7. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
    8. Using any automated system, including but not limited to robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the CrickStar servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional online web browser.
  • Termination CrickStar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of the Service and any related documentation in your possession.
  • Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
